TVS Expands Paddock Plans, Opens Door for New Premium Dealership Partners

TVS Motor Company is taking another step towards establishing its Paddock premium retail network by inviting entrepreneurs and motorcycle enthusiasts to explore dealership opportunities. The latest partner outreach indicates that the company is progressing with plans for a dedicated retail ecosystem focused on its premium motorcycles.

Paddock was announced earlier this year as part of TVS Motor’s strategy to create a differentiated retail experience for its higher-end products. The initiative is now moving into the next phase, with the company looking to build its network of business partners.

Paddock to Offer a Dedicated Premium Retail Experience

TVS introduced the Paddock concept on June 6, 2026, describing it as an exclusive retail format for its premium motorcycle portfolio. According to the company’s stock-exchange filing, the network was planned for launch during Q2 FY27, covering July to September 2026.

Unlike a conventional motorcycle dealership, Paddock is being designed around a broader ownership experience. The proposed format includes areas for product consultation, motorcycle personalisation, rider interactions and specialised aftersales assistance.

The showroom concept has been developed in collaboration with Checkland Kindleysides, a London-based retail design agency. TVS has outlined several elements for the format, including:

  • Digital-led purchase journeys
  • Build-To-Order consultation areas
  • Customisation zones
  • Rider and community spaces
  • Merchandise and accessories sections
  • Dedicated service facilities

The company has also referred to a “swim lanes” product presentation approach, intended to create a distinct way of displaying motorcycles within the showroom.

The effectiveness of the format will ultimately depend on how these elements translate into the customer experience, including product guidance, configuration support, test-ride access and post-purchase assistance.

Norton Set to Play a Key Role

The Paddock network is also closely linked to Norton, which is now part of TVS Motor’s premium motorcycle strategy. The format is expected to provide Norton with a dedicated flagship-style retail presence alongside selected premium TVS motorcycles.

TVS has also indicated that the broader premium ecosystem could eventually accommodate premium electric vehicles and future high-end scooters. These possibilities, however, should be separated from the products and facilities specifically confirmed as part of the original Paddock announcement.

Among the TVS motorcycles that could potentially feature in the network are the Apache RR 310, Apache RTR 310 and Apache RTX 300. However, TVS has not yet provided a definitive opening-day product list covering every Paddock outlet.

As a result, the exact models, launch schedules and dealership-wise allocations remain areas to monitor as the network develops.

Commercial Details Yet to Be Revealed

The latest invitation for prospective partners provides an indication that TVS is now looking to build the dealership side of the Paddock network. However, several important commercial details remain undisclosed.

The available information does not confirm:

  • Initial dealership investment requirements
  • Minimum showroom size
  • Security deposit requirements
  • Dealer margins
  • Expected returns
  • Confirmed number of outlets
  • Complete list of launch cities

These details will be important for potential partners evaluating the opportunity.

For customers, the eventual dealer locations, product availability and service coverage will provide a clearer indication of how accessible the Paddock network becomes across India.

With TVS now seeking potential partners, the next stage of the programme will be to see how quickly the company converts the concept into operational outlets and which premium models form the core of the network.
